      Prestigious , with strong resources

      Cons

      Few cons, high level leaders show unfrequently. The way the employees have to address their concerns in terms of development is still not efficient. Yearly employee evaluation system is bureaucratic , complex, tedious and not effective at all.

      Absolutely corporate in every way possible. Think machine. Think lack of creativity, spontaneity, or excitement in any way. If that's your bag, have at it.
