I barely saw my manager. There wasn't any room for growth. The company is so big and has so many disparate offices that I think it's easy for talent to get lost in the cracks.

I dont even know where to start. Run by former government employees (retirees) that have brought the same mindset. Management that does not know how to actually perform the work but yet tries to manage the work. Very cliquish environment, tons of backstabbing, misinformation, gossiping, misleading employees, terrible career track model. Project managers have never actually performed the work that they are managing, this becomes a big problem. Huge employee turnover of experienced employees. While I was there in the last two years around ten experienced key employees left or got fired because of management issues. In the last ten years 5 principals were turned over. Old school, crisis style management. You will get dumbed down, and get chewed out! Hostile environment. They will use you up and throw you out. Unbelievable, Worst company I have ever worked for. I'll stop here.........you decide.............
