      Pros

      Nice office, good staff and diverse areas of work in a lot of different industries. Met people with a lot of different backgrounds and experience

      Cons

      Management largely did not care about anything beyond bottom line numbers. Only heard from upper people if my timesheet was late. Lack of care and awareness from management

      Great people at the regional levels, regional leadership has great strategic thought direction and appreciate the marketing efforts, marketing is respected as professionals through the regions

      Cons

      Corporate marketing does not empower regional marketing or trust their expertise at the corporate level. Not a great deal of strategic planning. Professional development and opportunity for growth is limited due to top leadership trust level.

      Pros

      Pros are you get decent benefits for such a large company, and the employees are easy to work with and for. (Not Managers or Regional Coordinators) If you are lucky to get the bonus for staying put after being acquired then beware of the end result. I got 1/3 what we were promised.

      Cons

      Being a public company the job is profit driven. Lots of turnover and layoffs each quarter when earnings come out. Growth by acquisition yet once your purchased you are forgotten. If you got in on the upswing 10 years ago then you are rewarded, after that your just a number.
