      There is no pros to this company.

      Cons

      Everything else. Do yourself a favor and do not work for this company. If your company is being bought out by Stantec leave as soon as you can. This company will buy out other companies and then let them die on the vine. Corporate sabotaged bids and then blamed the senior principles for not bringing in work. The different business centers all compete and hold back work from each other. All the company cares about is utilization.

      Great benefits package, including 401K matching and maternity leave

      Cons

      Success is focused on utilization vs. dollars which creates an environment to treat employees like a data report rather than focusing on how optimizing employee strengths and encouraging growth. Unfortunately the former encourages an environment of back stabbing and high turnover.

      Company was wonderful prior to acquisition- great moral - core values and genuinely cared about the Employees.

      Cons

      Too many changes - imagine they wanted to see my Marriage license and my kids BC's before they would add them to Insurance plan- you could go take that request and shove it...
