Pros

Stantec is highly ethical, well respected by competitors and clients, they treat employees incredibly well, the benefits are as good or better than all other consulting firms I have either worked for or where I know people, and there is considerable ability for upward movement in the company.

Cons

After 17 years with the company I really have not found any cons.
