      A wide array of work to gain experience.

      You are looked at as a number and not a person. A lot of turnover.

      Pros

      1. Good supervisor and mentor, who took time to explain and teach different aspects of the engineering field.

      Cons

      1. Bullying by Architect leadership. 2. Forced to work with in-house architect, even though no experience in the specific industry. 3. No leaders in engineering dept to stand up for the team. 4. Utilization rate is the priority over employees. 5. Shutdown engineering team in SF office after making all BD guys leave. 6. No communication with different teams and many things are left unsaid.

      Pros

      Good place if your looking for job security and stability. Great coworkers and really good office culture. One full paid week off in December in addition to two weeks of vacation and five sick days.

      Cons

      Salary increases are horrible. Not the best place to learn if you are starting your career. Not a design oriented firm.
