      flexible work hours, work from home, excellent projects, fast career progression, local design projects, travel options as desired by individual, minimal overtime, bonuses on occasion

      Cons

      fast paced job, sink or swim mentality, high performance demand, minimal performance bonuses dependent on manager, projects outside local area must be sought out by individual

      Good Company, but Must Work in the Field

      Pros

      Have some amazing project managers that aim to educate younger employees You can somewhat easily transfer within the company, you just have to be your own advocate and talk to the managers about the transfer first, not HR Work on some of the largest water and waste water projects in the country Extremely team oriented in field offices

      Cons

      Benefits could always be better; especially retirement contributions and bonus structure Head quarters is very disconnected from the field work (which is what makes all of the money, but they have yet to realize that) Can have terrible project managers that stick around and get touted as excellent because they know someone at headquarters (but this can be true at all companies)

      Last week of the year off with pay

      Cons

      They treat people as expendable pawns. Tampa Transportation manager has poor knowledge about managing projects, marketing, communication and the financials. He is quick to hide flaws or point the figure at someone else and places his own needs well above the company or people. Anybody who is not obedient is let go or run off. Upper management ignores the problems. Cons is also an appropriate heading for this box.
