      Pros

      Over the years have met some lovely people. The experiences I've gained from previous employer FST opened my eyes for what was to come from Stantec.

      Cons

      Upper management, including former BOD are too concerned with lining their pockets. No respect for employees that go above and beyond. However they do allow people to play on Facebook & enjoy Solitare while getting paid. Not so great for moral of dedicated employees.

      Different types of civil engineering projects. You will always have something to do and apply your knowledge and experiencie. A lot of support from other offices throughout the organization.

      Cons

      The company insurance is not very good. The wellness program is very difficult to follow to get the incentives. A huge organization with many layers of upper management and rules.
