      Growing pains

      Pros

      The offices have in general a relaxed environment and the company is generous in allowing hybrid work arrangements. The company is growing and winning more work so at least there is no shortage of projects to work on.

      Cons

      There are many small offices scattered around the country and the world, which gives you a small company feeling despite its actual size. Not a lot of collaboration or synergies found between different offices and lines of business. This also leads to less career opportunities in a company of this size.

      Pros

      Great office team that cared more than my own supervisor

      Cons

      Supervisor was not very professional and ended up filing a complaint. Nothing was really done about it. They had like 4 HR representatives in 3 months. Put on Furlough and didn't care to reach out or follow up. They even posted a position online and failed to contact me for work.
