Pros

Environment is great they are constantly trying to train there employees on product knowledge. Despite this being a sales job-it doesn't seem like it. You have a base salary plus: kickers, comission & subsidy your first year.

Cons

Holiday's are super slow & depending which area you are working you might be driving a lot. It takes six months to adjust. This job is not a 8-5 in the beginning.

Cons

heavily managed and lots of reporting, no lead generation, sales directive can change based on new programs, restricted territories, call days, forced into "Staples Way" selling system and requirements, low commissions
