They have great training, especially sales training. The culture is good for entry level sales people. There was many opportunities for advancement if you put in the necessary work.

Cons

They have a tendency to micromanage sales people too much. They have a cookie cutter approach to what it takes to get results and tend to be reluctant to listen to suggestions from front line employees.
