Pros

Friendly staff, family oriented environment, management are true leaders, very laid back environments. A new experience everyday, not everyday is the same.

Cons

Benefits package is just okay, no enough selling bonuses or incentives, being in a smaller store could mean few hours for part-timers

Health benefits for full time associates is good, not so much for part-time There are MOSTLY nice people in the company

Cons

A lot of incompetents in high places One way or another you'll end up taking orders from an idiot Pay stinks -- though it is no worse than similar retailers Be aware that you'll deal with VERY nasty customers-- they will make personally insulting comments and even physical threats-- but that's not really Staples' fault

Cons

Sometimes you have to deal with more hassle then what you get paid but I am sure thats in every job.
