Was nice having some computer troubleshooting experience before venturing off into IT after college. Think it's pretty good for a retail job but it's going to depend heavily on your coworkers and manager

Cons

It's still a retail job. Having to work holidays sucks, management is likely going to be a pain about taking any time off or calling in sick, pay is low, etc.
