Pros

Learned what not to do when operating a business. Learned how you do not treat your employees and customers. Gave me the ability to recognize a horrible company with severely lacking human resources department.

Cons

Being employed by Staples. The stress to do what was demanded of me from executive management, and knowing it was a "do it or lose my job." It still weighs heavy on me to this day.

upper management doesn't care, they have a attitude of execute the first time, you wear a target on your back, too much pressure in selling performance plans, people don't want poor pay, long hours, no growth.
