Pros

Loved the products and services, loved the goals of the company, met the CEO in person - great guy, really strong leaders in much of the company

Cons

Some poor leadership was tolerated far too long (5+ years), company allowed blaming without looking into things thoroughly, and poor work life balance for Store Managers

Pros

Honestly, it's a job. Perks, growth and benefits really are a joke. Going into the company new don't expect to last long.

Cons

To staples your disposable, your not important your nothing special. Employees are abused by frequently being asked to do horrible shifts and projects no one would like to work. Anything that employees may like will get cut to save costs.
