Extremely challenging company to work for

Pros

Career advancement for those willing to play the game. Many locations and opportunities. Very good training available if you are motivated.

Cons

Upper management sets unrealistic goals. Team playing not individual thinking valued. Company has been laying off for several years. At this point it is not a place to consider if you are looking for long term employment.

Fellow managers were great to work with. Training was good and had an on going process thru out the year

Cons

Upper management had no idea what the needs of the stores needs were. Did not listen to the needs of the store management who are on the front lines.
