Pros

In those rare moments when we DID behave as business owners, we got to interact with local businesspeople on a peer level, and help them achieve their own business goals.

Cons

Everything else. Pay was so-so but no fairness to it across the board. Pay for lower level associates was embarrassing and prohibitive to hiring anyone with a brain and no criminal history.
