Pros

Benefits and the employees that you surround yourself with

Cons

I was never written up in 3.7 years and I was terminated for price override of $30 They expect you to have the entire store covered with only 4 associates that's right only 4. If you do something awesome in one category you will not see praise for that you will get the response of, "How come these categories are not doing as well?"

Pros

Good pay, flexible work schedule, good people to work with on your sales team There are a few good District Managers in the company...pray you work for one of them! Benefits are pretty amazing...except for the car allowance. Not a bad place to start your sales career...gain sales experience and move on.

Cons

Poor Management...specifically District Managers and Regional Directors Be ready to play the game of Office Politics and don't expect much vacation High turn over rate for BDAs (14 months)

Pros

Convenient location, reasonably nice co-workers, IN THEORY being able to help customers with computer problems, customer contact, part timers get benefits

Cons

Seriously? How much space do I get? Think of anything and everything bad at your current job, multiply it by 10-that's what it's like...excessively rigid mgmt. policies, corporate IT that has less of a clue than your average 10 year old, legally entitled meals/breaks given at the whims of managers, horrific pay for knowledgeable techs, constant & unyielding pressure to sell extended plans, advancement based almost exclusively on selling skills rather than tech skills, work scheduling a disaster...I could go on, but you get the idea...
