      Pros

      Great people to work with. Good pay for kids in college. Flexible for busy school schedules. Lots of opportunities for advancement if you look for them. 10% off everything.

      Cons

      Open on almost every holiday. Poor rewards system to keep associates satisfied with their jobs. Antiquated systems that typically crash multiple times a day. IT department wastes time and is not at all helpful for store staff. Crummy health care.

      great people, terrible upper management

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with customers, learning how to use the copy and print technology, and got very lucky in that I had a great manager who cared about his employees and his store.

      Cons

      Upper management constantly pushing more work onto lower level wage workers while offering little incentives to do so. Customers ask the world of copy and print associates and there's often a significant gap between the reality of store and employee capabilities and what the customer thinks those capabilities are--something the company encourages to a degree to hold onto customers. Company is on the fritz due to less demand for its products and services and I got the sense that a real sense of panic pervaded every decision upper management made.

      Pros

      Decent place to work with good opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Company can't decide what they want to do. One minute the most important thing is Tech work and computer sales. The next it's expanding the online assortment and taking customers to our in store kiosk to order online. All of the ideas are good, but they drop one to focus on another before the first even got off the ground.
