Pros

It's a fine place to work to learn the basics of retail.

Cons

The home office doesn't care about the stores. They make ridiculous sales goals and fire you when you don't meet them. HR does nothing even when there is racial, religious, and sexual harassment going on. You get very small raises. I've been working for the company for 5 years, and my review said I surpass all expectations. My raise was literally 5 cents.

Very thorough training videos, very helpful and friendly staff. Those I've encountered in the three weeks I've been there all seem happy to be working there. The one in Grandville, MI.

Cons

None so far. I have only been employed part time for three weeks so far.
