-Constantly understaffed. -Very stressful conditions. A constant fight against high customer and management expectations. -Managers are pushed hard by corporate, and in return push that stress onto you. -Nearly every night I came home exhausted and stressed. Started smoking weed at night to deal with the stress—something I stopped when I left. -Sometimes was scheduled 7 or 8 days in a row against my wishes. -Nepotism. It’s a major conflict of interest to have to raise concerns about employees directly to their parents who are also my superiors. -Before corporate changed to the easy rewards system, managers encouraged us to sign people up for rewards without their knowledge or consent. I (and several others) refused to do that and was retaliated against. Managers did it themselves on a daily basis to meet corporate set goals.

The customers are rude, entitled, demanding, incompetent. Seriously. Some do not understand technology and get very mad when you try to teach them simple stuff like downloading files to their phones. If you only know English, be prepared to use Google translate, as many customers will speak spanish/creole/etc. The general manager of the 32803 location is easily stressed out and not chill at all.
