Nothing - it's a terrible company to work for. The pay is so low it's laughable and you'll be unappreciated. They will cut your hours to save money. No benefits. Management are all overworked and stressed.

Cons

It's all bottom line. Don't work here.They don't care about their customers and they don't care about their employees. It's all dollars and cents.
