Pros

Like previous reviews said having decent co-workers can make or break the place. Luckily, I have decent co-workers to save the day when it gets hectic. The employee discounts are also nice as a college student too.

Cons

1. Never a constant schedule. When I was interviewed with them I told them I'm a college student and there's two days out of the week I have to work certain hours since my classes are evening and they acted as if they were on board with it but when I actually started working with them I noticed my hours weren't the way I asked and even when I tried putting in a two week notice about it they still had me missing out on my classes. 2. Not enough employees. As a CPC associate people need to realize it's physically impossible for one person to do all those orders at one time as well doing walk-in customers orders. You guys need to stop being lazy and make sure 2-3 people are working that area at once. Last but not least the hours are absolutely horrible, The more hours I'll get weekly is 14 hours, I had more hours when I was training and I was put alone than I do now having more experience.

Pros

being responsible for everything, since I was the only one during shifts. Mainly because the shortage in hours

Cons

not having enough shift coverage, causing customers to be displeased and unhappy with the waiting time for a quick order, which could have be finished with just one more employee. In other words, having to do a job, which requires two people to say the least. Moreover, the selection process of upper management. The manager in my store was not aware of half of the products we carry, it is ridiculous and needs to be stopped. Moreover, even if someone is stepping down from a position, the person does not deserve to be supervisor after more than a year of absence

Pros

good for building relationships, in a job like this you learn how to have patience and deal with different people. you also learn how to work in a team and have a better understanding of the people that works with you, they become family.

Cons

the payment, the customer with nasty attitudes, the long hours and the call outs from your associates. also a manager can use a little favoritism here and there.
