Pros

Different tasks each day, lots of people use self-service, decent pay for the area, schedule for the next 2-3 weeks is put up in advance, opportunities in store to advance.

Cons

Requires a lot of CLEAR communication, can be very stressful, shipping services can be very time consuming. Also, having an inconsistent schedule each week is very annoying.

Pros

The creation and execution of projects is satisfying. You get to see through projects for companies you know from start to finish, and it's always a great feeling to see your work in the form of flyers, banners, signs, and workbooks in the real world.

Cons

Horrible management. Hard work is not recognized, success on projects is never credited to you. The quality of work expected should be reflected in either pay or praise, yet it isn't. Chances for advancement are slim, I was promised a promotion to a copy center management position from copy center associate, and did not get the promotion for two more years, only because somebody quit unexpectedly. Extremely fast paced and stressful environment, difficult to get anything done in time, and the management will not step in to help out, and when this comes back in negative ways, they will not stand up for employees.
