Pros

- Slower pace than other retail environments - Far from the worst; company culture isn't toxic (it's kind of nonexistent though)

Cons

- Strong emphasis on metrics - Almost non-existent employee recognition - Not enough hours allotted to store - Minimum wage starting pay

Pros

I got paid for my work

Cons

Had to work through lunches Customers were rude Management would understaff the center (only having one person during busy times), get upset that I didn’t take lunches, but then get upset that they had to cover the center, and that jobs didn’t get finished.
