Sometimes you have to deal with more hassle then what you get paid but I am sure thats in every job.

Get lots of training flexible hours get to work with the newest technology some managers and associates are great gives you good experience

Cons

Can be disrespected Hour Crunch is terrible because you are working for a reason, and cutting back hours isnt gonna help wages arent good- raises are terrible and the bonuses are even worse managers dont have much experience and some associates could do a better job than the managers unrealistic goals not even people on at times, so usually you will be non-stop for hours
