Pros
Staples is a great corporation to work for as despite what my review says, My review is at one particular location. Visiting other stores the management and the employees were very respectful of one another. Very great atmosphere to work in, customers are usually very grateful for the help that the sales associates provide. Opportunities to advance to a department supervisor do exist.
Cons
No known opportunities to advance to store level management company seems to prefer recruiting from outside the company. No checks or balances to control bad management at a store level. Complaints and reports to corporate management went unheard.
