Different positions & different shifts to work

Terrible work atmosphere (Peach Tree City, GA) where Management took a very Hands Off approach . He only cared about sales numbers & selling Extended Warranties, instead of focusing on solutions he focused on the problem so it only got worse. Our store was usually under performing so our daily morning meetings consisted of being told how "we are all losers" and other forms of discouragement. Management repeatedly lied to customers, store employees & corporate when they came to visit. Bribes were also given when it was time for employees to review the store for corporate

Pros

Great environment and good raises, i started at 8.75 and left at 12.44 a hour. I was due for 15 next but i took a manger position elsewhere.

Cons

If your part time you barely get good hours, They also push you to sale without commission.

Pros

Getting to interact with customers on a daily basis and co-workers were not crazy. Management was very encouraging for professional growth in the particular store I was in.

Cons

Pay is a joke for what you do. Most of the IT repairs are handled via 3rd party. You are essentially a glorified salesman acting as a technician. Too much pressure to makes tech/esp dollars which turns to lying to the customer instead of helping them.
