Employees given a phone numbers to call and speak to someone for help. No one in person at the company to turn to. Management are like robots, favoritism is rampant

Pros

Some of the nicest and dedicated people work here. Startech was it’s greatest when we had Lynn as the CEO she was sharp and making positive changes by put the people first. People work hard for people they like.

Cons

Entrepreneur and founder Paul Seed is not very personable and surrounds himself with yes men. Lack of diversity at the top and it shows.

A ton of great people and a can-do attitude across the company. 35yr brand that focuses on the IT channel and is established with the key partners. Dedicated to making things easy for customers.

Cons

A lot of supporting areas have been created or reorganized, so departments are still figuring out the new way of working together. The company has been around a long time, so changing with the current market has taken time and is finally now coming together.
