Lack of supervision on managers: managers have "too much freedom" to decide when sometimes the decisions are not the best for the well being of the employees or the business. There is a lack of consistency in terms of how the commissions are divided, every manager will split the commissions according to how they want, so don't expect consistency on that, sometimes you will have to split with them, sometimes with the team, sometimes with the specialist, there is no guideline, therefore they will do whatever they want.
They will make you work harder, not smarter. Even though the company says they are open to suggestions and they want us to be happy, that is far from the truth. Things can always be done in a efficient way but most of the time it wont happen, and they will always use the phrase "business needs"
There has been some managers in my past contracts that will listen to you and try to help you, but most of them won't, so don't expect too much from that, sometimes is better if you don't say anything so they don't retaliate on you.
On this contract I have decided that I am not coming back, sadly, because I like the job, the job is not the problem, yes, you have to work a lot, but is very uninspiring when you have to work more for lack of planning or lack of empathy.
This company would be great if you really care about the employees, even they say they do, the actions do not correspond the discourse.
There is a huge lack of incentives and rewards, so the morale of the people onboard is very low, and managers are always disguising the truth, and the truth is that most of the people are tired and disappointed because no matter what we do or say nothing changes. I have witnessed violations and unclean situations and poor actions were taken, there is no real protection, because the truth is that we are just a number for this corporation.
