Cons

- Leadership team is unorganized; constantly shifting priorities - Long hours; the work load is too great without enough support or technology - Pay is very low and expectations are very high - there's no balance

Pros

you get to see the world and get paid for that. make friends from all over the world. Some of the Managers you meet are damn good. Good experience for life

Cons

Commissions very less..company makes millions of dollars employee gets pennies. Inventory days are horrible. Staff works double hours gets paid same, company saves money on getting the job done by staff and not paying them anything extra.
