Pros

Good learning experience given the complexity nature of the business. Great colleagues to work with, people are nice and helpful in general. Senior Managements are not approachable though. Great benefits. Leave at 3 every Friday!

Cons

Compensation is not competitive at all for the demanding brain work! Lack of communications between manager and its direct reports. Unable to recognize and retain talents.

- you get like 20 hours of wfh time you can flex and use throughout the year

Cons

- micromanagement throughout the company - onboarding is TERRIBLE. You get assigned tasks with no direction… and then management gaslights you and makes you feel stupid for asking questions about said tasks. - high turnover. People are always quitting or getting laid off. Resulting in a ton of confusion, and no clear direct reports or management. - extremely toxic work environment. I’ve worked for numerous companies, and I’ve never worked for a company as toxic as stb. Both my managers were terrible, and it caused me to have to go to THERAPY because of how awful they were to me. I got actually bullied by my management working here. It feels like everyone is against you constantly and praying for your downfall.
