Cons

Underpaid for all hourly positions, work-life balance can be abysmal, and PTO is less than stellar for salaried partners.

Pros

-Management is pretty decent when not yelling. -Free Drinks and Food during shift. -Our Regular Customers

Cons

-Hire wayyyyy too many unreliable people for positions. -Hiring unqualified people for shift supervisory roles. -Co workers bring their personal issues and feelings to work Example: CRYING AT WORK, GETTING OVERWHELMED AND LEAVING YOUR FELLOW PARTNERS TO STRUGGLE ALONE DURING A RUSH! -Very clique based. -Management yells instead of providing constructive criticism.
