Pros

Can be a great company to work for. Depending on your direct manager, there can be opportunities for growth and promotion. Flexible hours and benefits are a plus.

Cons

Your experience depends on your direct manager. They seem to hire from the outside for higher level management rather than promoting talent from within. Most DM's and RD's have no idea what's going on in stores, they just continue to push things at the managers with little to no guidance. People are not held accountable for their actions, there is no support when disciplining hourly employees and they are allowed to retaliate which makes it very difficult to keep a store running properly.
