Pros

I have been with the company for many years and have seen the growth and change from the beginning stages to where we are now. Employees are typically recognized and promoted based on their personal growth and goals. If you are eager to learn, the sky is the limit.

Cons

As with any company, there are growing pains. We are working daily through processes and procedures and they change as we learn. It can be very stressful at times.

Pros

The software that is built at Starnik is truly like no other system on the market. We are growing as more and more organizations and municipalities/cities are coming on board Starnik. Every person here does important work. We are a team and every person on the team is amazing. Our leaders are brilliant and the team is amazing. As we are growing the career opportunities are also growing.

Cons

I don't have any cons. I believe that enjoyment in life comes from having a positive outlook. Starnik allows people to be themselves and do great things.
