Pros

Co-Workers are all great! The owners are personable

Cons

More of a lead generation than sales job LOW pay for experienced sales people and commission structure is VERY weak based off the actual amount of the sale. No able to know many of the details about the actual product you are selling. (Cost, in depth capabilities and such) NO company covered benefits Management is very into micromanaging and show very little trust in their "sales" people

Pros

Decent pay and commission and work live balance was good.

Cons

Owners constantly micromanage and do not equip you to make decisions necessary for proper sales funnels. HR is a joke, dispute between two employees and instead of doing their job she told the two employees to 'work it out between them'. Always growing because they are always firing employees.

Pros

The new Director of Operations keeps things running smoothly and makes sure the sales team is organized and on track. The CEO and CTO want nothing more than the sales team to do well and to make sure they are happy and keeping up with expectations. The people are amazing to work with, very friendly and filled with recent Texas Tech graduates. The product is easy to sell because it is easy to believe in, the sales team is not cutthroat - if you are doing well, everyone is doing well. There is no competition. Commissions + salary.

Cons

Must work HARD to get a decent amount of commission on top of salary pay.
