      Unmotivating management that consists of a group of male-only friends from college.

      If you are a recruiter, there are plenty of positions to fill.

      Cons

      This Chicago office was run by the Eeyore of all managers. He never gave positive feedback, only negative feedback. There was no training. It was a very unprofessional environment. The CRM is homegrown and practically nonfunctional.

      Responsive when help is needed. Great Management.

      Cons

      The company doesn't seem interested in moving you up. its pain to deal with some of people from Boston office. (For contractor : Won't move you from your current project to new project till your current project end even your want new project so badly)
