      Good requirements to work on. Competent Sales Reps for the most part. Fair work hours.

      Cons

      Office location and quality of the office is not great. No internal growth. Average commission plan. Complacency is the norm. Requirements are not properly qualified of screened, ranked, or rated thoroughly enough. Not enough accountability for either sales or recruiting.
