The verbal abuse from the leadership was disheartening

Pros

They provided some good resources that could be helpful to complete tasks. Some very nice and engaged people to work with.

Cons

Micromanagement to the extreme. The top has made a clear decision that it's about saving every penny possible and will go to great lengths to create an environment of money over people. They have zero concern about employee's wellbeing and feedback. The leadership berates individuals on teams calls and makes public humiliation a ritual. The verbal abuse was just disheartening. There's a clear reason why turnover is at an all-time high.

I can’t really think of any pros to this job

Cons

They wanted one person to run bar, lanes, and restaurant. Which is impossible and when customers complain about terrible service they blame it on you
