I guess I was lucky not to experience this personally, because I don't know what I would've done!

Cons

This particular manager, of whom I won't mention the name, has complaints of sexual harassment, abusing employees using his authority, and FEAR! All complaints about him were ignored by the upper management, shuts employees out, and never got justice for what this EVIL person had done to them!

There is no reason to like working here. As long as you are here, you will be afraid to lose your job!

Cons

I have never seen such arrogant management anywhere. They were terrible and simply the worst here. THE UPPER MANAGEMENT CANNOT HANDLE ANY FORM OF FEEDBACK. IF THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG, YOU MUST LET THEM. IF YOU CORRECT THEM, THEY MIGHT FIRE YOU. It's horrible but true. It's ridiculous too. BEWARE!

Too much micromanagement and toxicity

The pay here is relatively better than the other companies. It's awesome dealing with the company's great clients.

Cons

The main problem here is that some of the managers are extreme micromanagers. Their constant need to be breathe over our shoulders creates a toxic work atmosphere where we feel annoyed and work inefficiently when they're around. These managers should be replaced because they aren't being useful at all.
