The pay is decent, good training, inbound and outbound calls. Not cold calling

Cons

If you don't like to be micromanaged, this isnt for you. I worked there full time and it's a stressful job, must be super quiet in your house as you're pretending to work in Wisconsin at an office. I worked as a phone rep who took calls and made them, some people are rude because you're calling about bills that may have already been paid, they thought insurance covered it, ect then you have to navigate old software and new software to figure out the clients issue.

I'm surprised on how well the work environment is, so far I feel so welcomed, good training, communication from leadership and good life-work balance. Everything has been smooth since interview, hiring process, to training. I'm so thankful

Remote, fast paced, paid training, no experience needed.

Cons

Unrealistic goals, favoritism toward supervisors and 5+yr longevity reps. Once first year raises are past. No raise opportunities available.

Cons

Insurance lacks direction lacks training other than videos and lack of help from management as well. Don't plan on moving up because if you make it to team lead there is no increase in pay.
