Management. Maybe just the one I had because any encounter with another supervisor was superb. He was micromanaging and micro-aggressive. It was his first time as a supervisor and it showed in his poor performance and lack of accountability in his low leadership skills. There were people he supervised that had more degrees than him and experience that could do his job in their sleep. This company promoted a toddler at best and it showed when team members started leaving.

Micromanagement Not enough time to complete all the claims that come in You’re so stressed out trying to keep up with claims all the time that that is all you think about and family time and mental health is non existent
