Nice coworkers Technically hybrid (more below) No overtime Plenty of PTO

Cons

Relatively high insurance costs Low pay for a big city Admins get treated like dirt and are expected to sacrifice a lot for the company and get specially targeted when things go south Constantly short staffed for the amount of work coming in
