Pros

Benefits package is good but it used to be great.

Cons

They don’t value their employees the way they used. I worked there more than 35 years.

Pros

Used to have good culture

Cons

Executive leadership is blind to the negative culture they foster. Claims is so compartmentalized that customers have to be put on hold 2-3x to reach the person to need. No accountability. Claims to market to millennials but does not offer them opportunity to succeed instead executive leaders state that they expect to train them and keep them for 5-10 years before letting them go elsewhere. Too much to continue.

Pros

Great Benefits that are inexpensive

Cons

Supervisors have no respect for employees, will say one thing and do another. If you are not meeting production you are treated unfairly because you are giving a very low rating on your review and will get less than 350 for the year. Supervisors see what they want to see and often ignores issues if you are one of the favorites. Run from this place DO NOT WORK HERE
