      There are numerous opportunities to find challenge in your work. It can be quite stimulating and rewarding. There is often room to define your own expectations.

      Cons

      There are as many obstacles to performing well and seeking stimulation as there are opportunities. Clarity of expectations can lead to miscommunication issues and disappointment.

      Plenty of opportunities within the organization

      several levels of management and responsibility distribution dilute the decision making process, and make for poor understanding of roles and expertise that is allocated to a team or division. Often times when a problem is recognized, the answer is to throw EVEN MORE people at it, further exacerbating the largest problem facing the organization... it's bulk and inability to move at a pace conducive to changing with consumer expectations
