Pros

Benefits and good people for the most part

Cons

Metrics>customers (Although the focus is supposed to be on quality of dealing with customers as opposed to quantity of customers dealt with), lack of motivation, team environment causes delays/work avoidance, and negative customer experiences . Horrible scheduling and absence policies, overall a terrible and disorganized company with too many new employees with 8 weeks of irrelevant traning.

Pros

Health insurance , 401k, retirement pension

Cons

This company is the most discriminatory company i have ever worked for. PIP Department in Richardson is amongst the worse and more racist. Managers pick and choose where to put employees but employees of color are not so fortunate. Employees of color are treated differently and not equally. When you try to complain to HR then you are retaliated against and your department try’s every way to get Your fired . We need more people who have experienced This because i know there’s a lot to file with EEOC and Workforce Commission because something needs to be done ASAP.

Pros

Good entry level job for someone who has only worked retail or food.

Cons

Everything else. Pay is lower. Micromanaging. Huddle's are just excuses to critisize you in front of your peers. Your manager is just smiling and waiting for their pension while your building is on fire because your metrics are impossible. They want you to do a dozen things at once and no matter what you are either not meeting your metrics or not being "remarkable" enough. They care about numbers. Not customers. Not employees.
