Pros

-benefits -pay -good projects -investment in learning/training -Flexibility to work remotely -work life balance

Cons

This organization lacks a lot of Company Culture, and it's really hard to feel connected with the organization if you started post 2020 or aren't from Bloomington, IL. Don't join this organization and expect to have all the "fun" benefits you would with other tech companies. You will most likely not make friends in this role unless you really work hard to network with co-workers in person. State Farm really lacks company culture for newer employees.
