Pros

Very nice and laidback environment. The time is flexible depends on what manager you are reporting to. The work/life balance is outstanding. The benefit is very good and one of the few places who still offer pension plan.

Cons

The work is very laidback and not much to learn. The technology they use is still quite behind other technology company. If you are looking to retire, it is a good company, however, if you are a young engineers who are looking to learn and grow your career path, this is not for you.
