Pros

A Big company with opportunity to move around for qualified candidates or if you know someone. Good benefits package.

Cons

Working your way up will likely lead to frustration as promotions don't always come with raises. The company talks about valuing employees but is really about share prices.

Pros

Location is good: close to South Station, lots of options for lunch Opportunities to work abroad if you are interested Good work-life balance

Cons

High turnover for some teams. More than 70% of a team with about 12 people left within a year and a half: just the head of team and 3-4 others were still there. That tells you how people think of the place. HR controls everything. They can rescind an offer after making one for reasons like "the salary in our offer letter is too high after second thoughts."
