Pros

One of the best for game covarage and travel expenses.

Cons

Finding with loop for mistakes even if there was not one. Bad training that had nothing to do with what you will experience in real games. Poor payment half of what other companies will offer.

Relaxed casual friendly atmosphere, superiors make an extra effort to be welcoming. WFH/ flexible opportunites

Cons

Some positions do not provide many hours for PT contracts however good performance is rewarded with extra hours

Easy work, large office with amenities

When I worked at STATS in 2017-2018 they were keeping our entire department on under 30 hours per week so they didn't need to pay benefits. The pay was low ($12-13/hour). If people did work additional hours they would have to do so under a different project so the company didn't have to acknowledge they were full-time. This is unethical to say the least. A lot of the folks in the department were content to watch baseball and other sports all day, but that was no job that would lead to a career. Management was overworked. I went to lunch on my first day with my manager and it was the only time I have ever had to pay for my own lunch while with a superior at work. Not a huge deal, but I think it indicates what type of company they were at the time. Are they still this way? I don't know, but I'm adding my 2 cents here.
